Requirements:
- Active provisional license in Maryland
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (including internship)
Growth: Compensation is structured to increase upon full licensure, reflecting expanded credentialing and reimbursement opportunities.
For Fully Licensed Clinicians
This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a flexible, sustainable private practice setting without the administrative burden of running a solo practice.

Position Options: Fully licensed clinicians may be considered for either W-2 or 1099 arrangements based on experience, autonomy, and role alignment.
