Danielle Speck-Hafner, CFRP, Mental Health Coach

Hello and welcome! I am so glad you're here...

I'm thrilled to be joining this practice as a life coach, bringing with me a unique blend of professional experiences and a heartfelt passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential.

My background and career experience...

My early professional career began in the world of sales, where I discovered my innate ability to connect with Clients. In this environment, I realized my natural ability to connect with people through active listening, effective communication, extending empathy, and trust-building. It didn't take long for me to realize that my true calling extended far beyond transactional interactions. My natural talent for connecting with people went deeper, resonating with a genuine desire to understand and support them on their personal journeys.

In 2007, I transitioned to a role as a Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor, where I provided crucial support to children and adolescents dealing with mental health challenges. I focused on nurturing essential life skills, collaborating with educational institutions, and offering family support.

In 2012, I embraced the opportunity to become a Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) counselor, helping young adults transition into adulthood. My role involved equipping them with vital life skills, guiding their education and career choices, and ensuring housing stability, all while providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and cultural competence.

After 13 years as a counselor, I became a Child and Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Manager, overseeing the delivery of mental health services to children and families. My main focus was on nurturing and developing our dedicated staff members, providing mentorship, personalized training, and coaching to ensure they delivered the highest level of care.

For the past two and a half years, I've been a student support technician, helping students identify and regulate emotions, improve communication, strengthen self-esteem, and develop coping strategies. I've also supported colleagues in managing stress and self-care.

On a personal level, family holds a profound significance in my life, and I am a proud parent of two young adult daughters. As they've grown, I've been actively involved in assisting friends and family in navigating the typical challenges that accompany parenting, maintaining strong marriages, and raising today's young adults.

With this rich and diverse background, I've accumulated a wealth of experience in supporting individuals of all ages in their personal and emotional development. My innate ability to connect with others, paired with my dedication to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential, has naturally led me to a fulfilling career as a life coach. I am delighted to join this counseling practice team and look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
