Keri Seitler, LCPC, CFRC, Clinical Operations Manager & Therapist
Hello & Welcome
Life transitions can be hard, even the ones that are supposed to feel exciting. Starting college, entering the “real world,” becoming a parent, navigating relationship changes, or managing burnout can leave people feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults, parents, and first responders as they navigate these transitions and learn how to better manage the stress and emotions that come with them.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Feeling comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for matters. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth while also providing honesty, encouragement, and practical support when needed.
I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can process emotions openly, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward positive change. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs and grounded in collaboration, trust, and emotional safety.

Final Thoughts
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out. I would be honored to support you through whatever season of life you are navigating.
